Hello! My name is Jessica Moreno. I am a CA licensed Speech Language Pathologist as well as a certified Orton-Gillingham practitioner at the associates level.
I am here to support you and your child in the areas of language, literacy and speech. Please reach out with any questions.
Services are most commonly a 1:1 model. This includes 1-2sessions a week at 40-60 minutes.
Therapy sessions are direct individual therapy with five minutes of parent check-ins. Services can be provided in the clients home or virtually.
Additional services can be considered but may result in a different fee. For example standardized testing, advocacy or IEP support.
All services are private pay. I accept payments, through Ivy pay, cash and check. Payments are due at the time of the service. Ivy pay is HIPPA compliant and allows for a client profile where a card is on file and charged at the time of services.
Individualized Literacy Services
Multisensory, individualized therapy that is diagnostic and prescriptive. Orton Gillingham is an approach to intervention which allows therapy to be tailored to each individual’s needs. Sessions are typically recommended to be 1:1 for 40-60 minute sessions, twice a week.
Speech Therapy
Speech therapy services include articulation, phonological processes, expressive and receptive language impairments, literacy, fluency (stuttering/ cluttering), and pragmatics/ social skills. Session length and intensity will vary depending on many variables.
